Section 157
Appointment of Transport Inspector
The Government of Nepal may appoint a transport inspector to inspect whether or not the vehicles are operated under this Act or the rules made under this Act and whether the public vehicles involved in the transport service fulfill the conditions to be followed in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act. .
